Needs more workers , gets order wrong I ordered a $6 meal deal bacon egg and cheese on an English muffin no egg with cheese a medium iced coffee with 2 pumps of cookie dough 1 butter pecan with oatmilk the butter pecan was never added and my English muffin is hard as ever with no cheese

Ordered a cappuccino and it was a regular coffee given and the staff is not good at what they are doing they look as if they have no energy in them

Poor customer service! They see you walk in but pretend they’re busy doing something in the back like com’on yha’ll need to take care of your customers first!!Edit: I’m talking about the employees in the morning, they’re a bunch of laziest, unfriendly and unwelcoming. They never smile nor welcome their customers and they’re always on their phones.And look how the Spanish lady made my sandwich 😒 (see photos)Seriously they need to replace these people. They make this location very worst.

The employee had us waiting online with no one at the register and had everyone waiting for 5 minutes with no service. Very bad customer service they need to replace the employees at this Dunkin’ Donuts, very inconsiderate and nasty attitudes. Not friendly at all I don’t

One of my favorite Dunkin locations.Staff there is great.Ordered my Matcha Latte Iced. The staff asked if I wanted sugar. I ordered Donuts for my family. They were carefully placed in the box and the donuts are always fresh. The staff put the donuts on a Dunkin bag for me.The staff cooking the food was great. The staff bagged the avocado toast in a separate bag. The other breakfast items I ordered were 6 piece hash brown, snacking bacon, and two piece omelette bites egg white veggie. The food was great. Staff told me to have a great weekend and I told them to have a great weekend. Highly recommend.
