If I could put no stars I would I went there on 2/3 around 2 am and there was no line or anybody rushing the server there I had asked for extra cream cheese and said I would pay extra he said ok when I get home and see my bagel this is what he gives me. I have gone there in the day time and live around the area for 16 plus years. He clearly didn’t care and when I asked him if I can have extra and I was willing to pay he had an attitude. I tried my best to take a picture of him because this is unacceptable.

It's Dunkin, like it or not- i love it! Its been a great place to have a cup. The drive through is very busy. Great seating, basically the opposite of Starbucks reduced atmosphere.Only 2 main issues - families tend to bring all the kids and it gets super noisy in late afternoon. Parent's will let kids yell and cry and run around to a point even the workers caution have trouble hearing orders over the noise.A big reason the noise gets called out because after the remodeling, the new machinery is louder and it bounces and echoes. It gets extremely challenging and I wish they would take the high noise levels into consideration.

I went to pick up my order at Dunkin today, the hijabi lady in the afternoon that was working was very rude. She gave me the latte in a very rude fashion as if she was about to throw the coffee at me when I came to pick it up. Then she just threw a straw at me. It’s almost like she doesn’t want to work and feels dreadful of her job. This is not how someone should take care of their customers, and all franchise fast food companies would take immediate action right away. This type of behavior is not tolerable at any workplace. Please take appropriate action.

The worst service attention , I bought my coffee and croissant like always and seat there to eating and then I tell her if I can use the restrooms , and she told I don’t have restrooms, so I said where do u go if u want to use it . So tell the bathroom is just for employees! And was in shock with the bad attitude and completely rude and the starts talking in her Indian language with another there !Unbelievable, FYI IS ILLEGALLY TO DENY CONSUMERS the bathroom in the store . you can call the town or 911 . Really disappointed.
