Hooda's Halal Food Reviews
ricefalafel
★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This place was a god send when I needed food late at night. The guy in the cart at night is the best. My only critique is that the meat tastes better earlier in the day, seems drier later in the day, but the portions are bigger later in the day so it’s a trade off. But I can’t complain because this was the closest cart to me.
July 18 · Chris GongThe flavor was so delicious but everything was way too spicy. I wish I was able to enjoy the whole meal.
August 14 · Andrew CorsoCan’t speak for this cart but can for the one on Broadway and 115th which is frequented by Columbia students. Not bad but not life-changing halal cart combi platter. Not too salty and not too e - just one/two scoops of rice vs. massive amounts and other places - good portion size. Just a bit of white and red sauce went good with some salad and yellow rice.
August 30 · Kevin SunGood food, some better ones much farther away but if you’re in the 90s this is a great option.
August 03 · Hassan SalehI enjoyed the falafel over rice
