Good Afternoon, ladies and gentlemen please I would like to request my refund back I don’t like the orders I just received the food . I took pictures of it ! you want to see I have evidences. I spend $113.21 you guys are wrong you are charging me to much when we all hungry nothing to return just a little of bites , shames of you I want my refund back thank you very much I will be waiting for my refund if you please send me your email in personal will be great ! I have never been treated so disrespectfully as I was at the Ihop located on E.149th St in the Bronx on June 23rd 2025 1:27am. I entered & as the sign reads I waited for someone to seat me. I asked the 2 gentlemen sitting there about being seated. They said someone will come out and seat me. I went to the bathroom and when I returned the same employee told me there were no tables available. Please see my video & pictures. Then he threatened to call the police, locked the door. I will never ever visit this establishment again as long as they have servers like that!! RATING 0 STARS BUT THEY REQUIRE A RATING FOR A POST!!

Okay look IHOP. I was more than excited to try out your restaurant for the first time. However, don’t you guys think that if I ordered the original buttermilk pancakes, I should get the butter on my pancake? If I wanted plain pancakes I would’ve ordered that! But you guys forgot the butter. It’s not only that either. We told the worker at least 3 times that we wanted mushrooms on the side, but they still managed to get that wrong. My sister wanted mushrooms. 🙁💔

Allow that money became available than acquire timing for the bill, to approve the normal amount when it realm dystopia was a detail change. picked by the waiter.I had imagined there were new life expectancy to detail it, prepare for the meal and that I conserve energy when I order it. Was like I picked one day about knack today, IHOP MONEY. A clear moment to call it by a new life and to remember how I feel was a critical part to exist differently, that meant I was put into a busy environment.My meal was very much more to like and I had only allowed to consent for the activity when I had compared the ingredients to a heavy meal. I finished the meal before the server could prop the food and deliver a 3 person meal caddy corner of my booth, I was able to catch a head bobble from the waiter to come towards me. My imagination was all the way up there BOOTH CHAIR, knowing that I could capture that day by quickly finishing my meal.The atmosphere was to die for and I mean that seriously, it was like i coupled with a meal and a check at once. My initial fore thought was to crave a meal and open my mind like accurate description or break the bank. In all! I was able to fill up on the meal and heard children banter about the meal from IHOP as a Brand.

I decided to give ihop another try. I say this because the last time I could not find parking. So we decided to stop by today and there was a parking right in front. It was like meant to be. We had a young gentleman by the name of Mr. Jonathan let me just say that his customer service is outstanding. He is very respectful young man very attentive and on point. The food came out so quickly my family and I were so shocked . Wow the facility is extremely clean every 1 here is very nice. We will definitely be back even it’s a bit out of our way we live in Woodside , byThanks staff for your great service
