Beautiful atmosphere and style . However the price for the pastry rang up higher than what was on the product . I mentioned it to the cashier who said well there’s nothing I can do. I asked you can’t match the price it is listed for? She said no. I then started to take a picture of the product and she at that point offered me a discount. I then get the pastry loaf and it’s not warmed up and just hast an awful taste and texture like it had been left out a couple days. Not the greatest service and experience. Ordered a generic black hot tea and that was fine

No line but multiple staff on their cellphones not paying attention. Look I get it, these devices will be our undoing as a species, but if your terminal is defaulted to asking me to tip you for the 30 seconds it took you to pour cold coffee into a plastic cup with dour impunity than excuse my lack of compassion when I try to awkwardly ask you how to make it a custom tip of 0. The coffee was super strong and not too acidic.

Great place for coffee and exceptional staff. I grab a cup to go quite often.I also enjoy the Mayan Mocha, it is infused with nutmeg, cocoa and cayenne. It's good but made better by topping it off with some cinnamon.Jack's also offer a few specialty food items for enjoying with your coffee and for taking home to enjoy.

Nice espresso and coffee shop in Hudson Yards.The coffee is somewhat on the strong side compared to Starbucks and way stronger/harsher than bluebottle.However there was no line or waiting, and it felt like a family run shop rather than a big chain.

We decided to explore the mall and the Edge. After spending some time there, we needed to take a break and stumbled upon a local coffee shop. We ordered a matcha latte and an iced Teddy Boy, which were both delicious and refreshing. Unfortunately, no seats were available inside, so we had to sit outside. It was pretty noisy due to the large number of shoppers passing by.
