While new and still refining its flavors according to some customer feedback, the bakery remains a significant local source for unique Halal offerings and a quick, satisfying visit in the Bronx.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1So I’ve come here a few times now and there is no salt or flavor in the food. Change the chef. Several people I know have ordered with the same complaint! Please change the chef get someone with good taste buds. This place is HMS which mean 100% halal. The food looks good but no taste unfortunately.
June 28 · bmiah1314Recently open. I will update my review as time goes on. This is during the Ramadan time. You can find items here which you may not be able to find other Bengal restaurants around here. For example, Kunafa - Middle Eastern desert. I tried their Kunafa, not bad but it is not real Kunafa that you get in Makkah, for example. Some of the other items I tried include salted biscuits. This reminds me of my childhood in Bangladesh. Their salted biscuits tasted very similar to the salted biscuits I tested 30 years ago in Bangladesh. Those are good daysToday I bought some other appetizers and will try it in the Iftar.
March 21 · Tanvir PrinceFood quality is good, let’s see how long they can keep up, of course all the Bengali’s are close. People of the owner of the establishment is gonna inflate the reviews with five star, but you’ll see it’s true color, worst customer service typical Bengali people skipping line and the staff doesn’t say anything. They just take whoever yells the loudest, staff doesn’t know how to work the register way too slow, forget’s to give you plastic bag and everything is overpriced. and the worst part is I pacifically told a guy which one I wanted, but they still gave me a broken flat one of chicken pie. Not ever coming back.
March 24 · Jam chomUpdate: Baked chicken is not always available and per the shop you need to put an order for it 1-2 days in advanced which can be limiting. It comes from the Queens location and not always available at the Bronx location and is disappointing especially if you decide you want it day of.Original Review: Ordered half tray of Baked / Grilled Chicken and it was the best chicken — very flavorful and juicy on the inside. Most times chicken is dry inside but this was incredible. Also tried the tandoori ones (not half chicken but the legs) and they were okay not as good as the half chicken. Not many places have certified hand slaughtered zabiha meat so we appreciate this new business!
July 22 · Nusrat JahanGreat food! My family loved it!Staff was also very courteous and friendly.
