Pleasantly surprised. Was in the mood for something different and this was spot on. Didn’t expect it to be this good. Definitely try it. Gave it a 4 star because of the way it is set up. You order, pay, seat yourself with a table number and someone brings out your food. You will NOT see them again. You get your own water and utensils. You then clean up after yourself. Keep that in mind when you are asked to tip at the register when paying for your meal. They do have a cute handwashing machine right up front so no trip to the bathroom needed. Omg my grilled chicken Shawarma pita was so fresh. When I say tasty! If I lived closer this would be my weekend stop. I enjoyed my crispy za’atar fries with the dip. This meal makes you want to lick your fingers. lol! Yummy! 🤤 My friend had the Quinoa breakfast bowl which she said it was good. All I know is that this spot was worth my drive. They have dessert/pastries you can get as well. The matcha is a good choice for a beverage. Enjoy! 😉 I will be back really soon! I have to take my boys to try it.

The refresh of the look and the new menu items has been great!We love that the food is always healthy, fresh, and tastes amazing.For us, the Berry Buzz is always a huge favorite, and we literally get the Schnitzel every time—it's just that good!They also have a great variety of veggie options, which we appreciate. And seriously, they have the best hummus in the area!Highly recommend stopping by!

What a terrific experience. Dan is without a doubt one of the greatest chefs and food creatives in the tri-state area. Marcel has an amazing menu, they exceed expectations on the food. The hummus here is perfect, creamy, and savory, with this fluffy pita. They also have a great selection of salads that will blow. your. mind.The atmosphere is great, the pastries are creative and tasty, there's such a love and acceptance of the customers. All the employees smile and put their hearts and souls in the work that they do. And the best part, is that it's so well priced. Never going to a Starbucks again.Easily the best cafe and bakery that I have been to in the last 5 years.I regularly take people to experience the atmosphere and they enjoy it so much. Whether it is business meetings, or hanging out with friends it is a great place for a coffee and date. Marcel Bakery and Kitchen passes the vibe check.
