I had a horrible experience here. The manager “Eddie” is VERY RUDE to both to customers and the employees. I asked him how to use the bathroom since it was locked, to which he at first stayed quiet and then aggressively said: “Where’s your receipt?” As if I couldn’t go to the bathroom before making my order. Unacceptable behavior!!! He should be FLAGGED AND INVESTIGATED!!!! NOT OKAY.

Worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. The machines didn’t work, so I had to wait about 10 mins to be served despite being at the front of the queue. The woman who eventually took my order was rude and so were the other staff. One customer had been waiting for her food for over 25 mins and they blatantly ignored her as she tried to ask them about it. To top it off, they put pickles in my burger even though the sticker said no pickles.

You will be harassed for money by people coming right up to your table or while you are ordering and Mickey D's allows this. You almost forget that your in the UWS. I grab a coffee here every morning but prefer to reserve ordering food at other McDonald's locations because the service and cleanliness are lackluster.
