If you order through the app, it takes longer than going inside the store. Sometimes they tell you to park in front even when the app gives you a specific parking spot number. I’m giving 5 stars, but honestly, they deserve only 1 — it takes them up to 30 minutes to bring out fast food 😂

Dear McDonald’s Customer Service Team,I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I received at one of your McDonald’s locations today. I waited nearly 50 minutes for my order, and during that time, none of the crew members seemed to care about the delay. When I asked about my order, one of the employees rudely told me to cancel it instead of helping me.The manager was also unprofessional — he was standing near a female crew member, laughing and talking for a long time, completely ignoring both customers and delivery drivers. When I politely requested assistance, he told me I would need to wait even longer for my food and spoke in a rude manner. His behavior was completely unacceptable for someone in a leadership position.Several Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Grubhub delivery drivers were also waiting a long time for their orders. Many of them ended up canceling their deliveries because no one was communicating with them. One of the female crew member old fat tall was even threatening and speaking harshly to delivery drivers who asked when their food would be ready.This experience was shocking and disappointing. I have visited many McDonald’s restaurants, but this was by far the worst service I have ever seen. It seems like the staff at this location are not being properly supervised and are not taking their jobs seriously. This store needs immediate attention and better management.I respectfully request that you review the security footage from the time I was there to see how poorly customers and delivery drivers were treated. This location used to be very well managed, not any longer. The wait time is ridiculous. It doesn't matter if you go through the drive-thru or pick up at the counter. Every order I place there's an item missing. The fries are cold and filled half way and they don't even open the cardboard all the way. The food is always cold. The staff needs to hustle a bit more. The service is HORRIBLE!

They dropped my order on the floor in drive thru then never offered me anything for the time lost and forgot my fries had to go back yesterday sep12 1:40pm then the slip dark kid didn't want to give me the fries again until I literally pointed to my 20$ meal still on the floor in drive thru lol I never got a I'm sorry 😩🍟👎 the girl was OK who helped

Staff is always cool, ppl always cleaning but on some real shit, idk if management is neglecting the workers or something but every time I come here now, orders now take 20-30 minutes I’m rating it all one star to maybe spark a little urgency, but yeah, 20 minutes for a cold McChicjen sucks. Idk if it’s management or what but please.
