Strange Encounter Over a Simple Sauce RequestI usually don’t write reviews, but this quick McDonald’s drive-thru visit was weird enough to say something. I tried to place a simple request: could they add both the spicy and ranch sauces to the mix and match snack wraps? I asked politely, but the first person on the speaker seemed a bit confused, so I just said, “No worries, I’ll take it as is.”But surprisingly, at the pay window, the same person took the initiative to clarify what I meant and was able to get it done easily. Instead of just handing over the order, he tells me, “Sir, this is the first and last time we’ll do this,” and makes me pull ahead to wait for it. Like… really? I didn’t realize asking for two sauces—something I learned was already an option from another employee—would cause this much drama.It honestly felt like I broke some secret fast food protocol. I wasn’t being difficult, I wasn’t rude, and I didn’t ask for anything that isn’t already available. Just wanted my snack wraps with both sauces, which I know from your own staff is possible.So heads up to anyone ordering here: if you want both spicy and ranch on your wraps, you can ask for it—just be prepared for some strange pushback from management.

Visit: 10/24/230 (Tue)This is a smaller establishment (+ drive thru), with about five tables, so it may not be suitable for groups of more than four-ish people. But perhaps that's why it's manageable and is therefore surprisingly really clean. I sat at a table for two and the surface wasn't greasy, there was no ketchup residue, it didn't smell, etc. They deserve many points for cleanliness for a major fast food chain.I went at 12:30 PM and it wasn't yet full, but more customers started entering past 1 PM.Staff seems to be friendly and hardworking. I saw a lady (manager?) gently instructing an older employee who was emptying the trash, so that's extra points for positive work environment/employee relationship.As for the food, there's nothing too out-of-the-ordinary to add, and no complaints either. It's fast food after all. Tasty and affordable quick bite that's also filling.FOR A LIMITED TIME YOU CAN GET:* 20 nuggets for $5 (deal via McD's app)* Sweet and spicy jam* Mambo sauce (highly recommended, more details below)Supposedly, Mambo sauce has been inspired by a condiment that's popular in Washington DC. I'd say it's somewhere between McD's BBQ sauce and sweet and sour sauce. It's a bit sweet and has a little kick to it, somewhat reminiscent of Korean gochujang. It goes really well with nuggets!
