I had a really disappointing experience at this location. First of all, the setup doesn’t work for the volume of people coming through — it’s in the middle of Times Square but completely unprepared for the crowds. There was no system in place to manage lines or assist customers, and the few employees behind the counter were overwhelmed and unresponsive to questions, directing everyone to the self-serve kiosks.The food was subpar: stale fries, chewy chicken nuggets, no ice, and no ketchup or sauces available. To make it worse, no napkins were stocked, and the bathroom had no soap. Basic things like cleanliness, condiments, and customer service were just missing entirely.If you’re in the area, I’d recommend avoid this spot.

We stopped here regularly to get drinks and sit down and watch the crowds in Times Square. It’s reasonably clean, including the toilets. However it’s hard to understand why they don’t have a screen showing order numbers that are ready. Instead the staff has to keep shouting out numbers to the crowd of people waiting.

Me and my family has been walking in NYC for over 9 hours, and we were all getting hungry for dinner and couldn't make up our minds where we wanted to eat for dinner. We were thaink about going to eat inside a restaurant. But we all didn't feel like going to a fancy restaurant after walking all day so we all decided to come here the service was great everyone was nice and helpful. The seating inside was clean and not too crowded its was so cool and pretty where I was sitting. I could see everything. The food was just like every food u could buy at any McDonald's nothing special. It was good if I ever go back to NYC definitely coming back here.
