This has been my local McDonald’s for 3 decades, or longer; I don’t remember exactly when it opened. The food quality has vastly improved over the years. I hadn’t gone to McDonald’s for years cause it’s too expensive for fast food (I can get a real burger for the same price), but I started using the app 6 months ago and it’s worth it. I never had an issue with any of the employees or the food - no complaints there.The issue is the tables are always dirty and the floors are sticky etc. I would never sit down and eat so I take my food to go. They lose a star for that. Also, half the time I go I get pressed inside and outside the store for money or food. At first I obliged but not anymore. I have a car but it’s only a few blocks away so I walk. Be prepared to get panhandled if you’re not in the drive through. Can’t blame the store for that really.

This was the worst McDonald's experience of my life. The place was in terrible condition: trash was lying on the floor, and no one bothered to clean it up. The staff was completely indifferent to everything going on. Where is the management? The advertisement on the glass was crooked and about to fall, the walls were dirty, and the pictures that are supposed to create a cozy atmosphere were chipped. I have never encountered such incompetence, lack of respect for the customer or sheer laziness of an employee of this restaurant. I placed an order and had it delivered to the indicated address. I am attaching a photo of my order and I will tell you what I received inside. Instead of a large vanilla shake, I received a medium one. to make it funnier, there wasn't even a straw so I ate with my spoon. The additional mustard sauces that I also ordered were not included. The Big Mac didn't have extra onions. It was standard. There was no extra sauce in the fish fillet. The large fries were medium. Even the napkins I ordered were not included. virtually everything about this order was fraudulent or neglected. I hope that the person who processed this order will be punished and there will be consequences regarding my order. The worst McDonald's I have ever encountered. Avoid this place. You allow me to order on the app… you get there they tell me they can’t fulfill my order because breakfast was over. I showed him the saying my order was complete and the presses cancel on my app. I did not ask him to touch my PHONE. Order was placed before 11!
