Service was a bit slow, & the place wasn't crowded inside. Ordered a caramel ice coffee extra cream & caramel but it tasted barely regular. I did notice they have mango smoothie with whipped cream which sounds delicious

I have been hoping for a long time that this location would turn around and be decent. I don't think that is going to happen. It is such a good location, but the staff are horrible. They act as if it pains them to even speak to the customer. I could ignore that rudeness if they could do their one job, but, sadly, they are incapable of that too. I ordered a frozen drink only. My order should have been easy and fast. I get it, and there's no straw. I would have asked for one, but once I was handed it, the guy basically ran away from the window. The inside of the store is absolutely nasty. Then the drink itself tasted off, like a chemical. I asked someone else to try it, and they said the same. I don't know what is the problem here. Did they use all the cleaning fluid in the drink machine and forgot to clean everything else. They don't have to be friendly if they just do the basics of their jobs. They can't even do that much.

So I am in the parking lot just received my order, I come to this location every now and then, my grandfather is the fan of the fish filets , they do not usually have the best customer service which Is usually why I go to the one on Hempstead tpk but tonight the young man who was working was extremely rude! I have never witnessed an entitled employee being so nasty for no reason whatsoever, I don’t usually leave reviews and as I’m sure McDonalds won’t really make a change in this boys actions, I ordered one item and he was yelling through the speaker because I did not know what kind of sauce they had and then demanded my phone while I unlocked it for Apple Pay. Obviously I won’t return to this location but I think it is unfortunate that they allow this kind of behavior from the staff.
