I came to this place to have breakfast. Before ordering food, I had to wash my hands. I can't go to the toilet with food. So I asked the manager Luz for the toilet code, but she refused to give it to me. She said that the recipe has a code. I ordered online, as always. There was no code for the toilet. I called her to help me find the code, but she ignored me. I called her a second time, and then she turned around and said the code was 1234. When I entered the toilet, it was so dirty, although it was morning. This means that I have to waste my money on such a low level of service. Before ordering food, I need to at least wash my hands!!! This means that they are only motivated to make money and are not motivated to provide good service! I will definitely never come here a second time!

Almost everything was great as usual except, McDonald's is suppose to be based on consistency, I don't like walking into a place, buying my ultimate platter breakfast which usually comes with a biscuit, sausage, eggs, pancakes, and a drink to be not given my biscuit and bacon instead. So I stand there, waiting for the rest, only to be told, that's it.But that's not what I usually get, not what I expect.So of course, I have to reorder what's missing now and spend more money on what I should of had turning my bill into $18. If things don't straighten up, I will switch to burger King.
