I placed a mobile order and went to pick it up through the window that was clearly labeled “Mobile Order Pickup.” However, the staff member refused to give me my order, saying the window was only for Uber Eats and DoorDash.I pointed out that the sign said Mobile Order, and I was told, “Sorry, but no.” I ended up waiting almost 30 minutes in the drive-thru line, because the employee simply decided not to give it to me.If the window is not meant for regular mobile orders, the signage needs to reflect that clearly. Otherwise, customers are left misled and wasting their time.
