Located right across from 11 Times Square, this McDonald’s somehow keeps things running smoothly. The food is just what you’d expect—hot, fresh, and satisfying—but the real surprise is the service. Even with the nonstop crowds, the staff is quick and friendly. Plus, the indoor seating feels surprisingly cozy, making it a nice spot to sit and enjoy your meal. 🍟🍔🥤

Restrooms and wifi? YesRefills, charging outlets? No.Great second floor view. Clean as heck for nyc... didn't see any homeless. Plenty seating. This was at 8am on a Monday. I'll be happy to return

The food came hot and on time. It was clean with good seating options of a bench and tables. There are functioning self-order kiosks. Location also offered an ATM.

Great environment but HORRIBLE service. Ordered a meal with a McFlurry but the people at the front failed to call my order out and instead left it in the DoorDash aisle where my McFlurry was left melting. On everything they didn’t call my number cuz I sat there the WHOLE TIME. When I finally discovered it was there my McFlurry was almost completely empty and food was alr pretty cold. No apology. Others also experienced the same issue! And when I got back to my hotel turns out the McFlurry I was given wasn’t even mine! A whole different order! Never coming back here…

It is really pretty but after I ate the fries I went into a terrible coma. Still don’t fully understand why but it could be possible it was because the fries were green but besides that the view and floor were very fine. Would recommend.
