★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I got here at 12:59 on a Sunday and was in line to order for 42 minutes and we got our food at 2:25. So about an hour and a half wait altogether. It was 88 degrees 🥵 and the staff was considerate to give us hand fans while we waited to place our order. A couple of people left the line while we were waiting which is understandable, not everyone is built for this. This is primarily a takeout spot but they do have a small outdoor seating shed in front where you can sit down and eat your food. I do feel it was worth the wait. I ordered the Make It A Mommy Combo and they have three different tender flavors you can choose from fried or grilled, a side, and a tropical drink for an extra $3. I got the fried Lemongrass, waffle fries, and mango coconut. Easily the best tenders I’ve had, they were well seasoned, juicy, and had a crispy (but not too bready) outer and the sauces were great and waffle fries were good and just the right texture. My boy got the Coconut rice & beans as his side and it was incredible. My favorite sauces were the Heavenly BBQ & Thai Hot Honey. Portion sizes I think are on the smaller side. The mango coconut drink was also delicious. There’s so many options to choose from and I’m looking forward to trying more next time. Mommy Pai’s is solid and worth the visit just come super early and be prepared to wait for at least 30-45 minutes.
August 10 · Ainsley BrundageAbsolutely delicious! We went on a Thursday and there were a couple people waiting but we ordered right away and our food came out quickly. The chicken was super crispy and tender and all of the sauces were amazing. I can’t wait for them to open for dinner, I will definitely be a regular.
September 04 · Ali Chetkof RhodesListen to the reviews. The chicken meat itself is very tender, but it is not crispy at all. It reminds me of a breaded baked chicken breast. Sauces are excellent and the flavors are great, but the crispness factor you except with chicken fingers is just not there. I don’t think I’ll be back!
September 06 · EmilyCozy vibes and hearty food! Tried the grilled chicken fingers are delicious, lemongrass is fresh and gluten free / diary free too!!! Perfect spot for a quick snack!
September 12 · ZoeFrom the Uncle Boons / Thai Diner team comes a new delicious fast casual concept centered around chicken fingers, super tasty sauces, and sides. Loved the broccoli bites, som tum slaw, jasmine water, coconut mommy cakes, soy marinated quail eggs, and taro donuts with pandan. Chicken fingers also great and available in 3 different flavors! Cool takeout window and some outdoor seating, but great for takeaway. A nice alternative if you don't want to wait on line for That Diner and quite a fun concept that's sure to be a hit.
