What is Worth Choosing
Choosing Queens Beer Garden is choosing a curated outdoor relaxation experience that is difficult to find elsewhere in Central Queens. This is a destination where the quality of the drink matches the quality of the service, creating a consistently positive and memorable outing for locals. The primary reasons New Yorkers return repeatedly center on three pillars: the remarkable beverages, the satisfying food menu, and the genuinely excellent customer service.
The Beverage Program Excellence: The highlight is undoubtedly the comprehensive selection of beverages. The presence of a 'Great beer selection' satisfies the traditional beer garden enthusiast, but what often surprises first-time visitors are the mixed drinks. Customer reviews specifically call out the cocktails as being 'strong and tasty,' with the frozen margaritas being described as 'amazing.' This makes the venue ideal for anyone seeking a refreshing glass of Wine, a craft Beer, or a potent, well-made cocktail. Whether you're a beer connoisseur or someone craving a sweet, beachy drink, Queens Beer Garden delivers.
The Delicious Bites and Food Menu: The food menu, which features Mexican-inspired street food and pub favorites, is far more than typical bar fare. Patrons rave about the food, with the Tacos and Wings being described as 'delicious' and the overall menu as 'solid.' Specific tempting offerings that have been noted include various Tacos (such as Al Pastor or Grilled Chicken), large Quesadillas (including Chorizo or Grilled Shrimp for approximately $17.00 - $18.00), and Wings (8 wings often paired with jalapeno poppers for about $15.50). Quick and savory items like French Fries ($7.50) and Nachos are also available, ensuring every craving is met with freshly prepared Food at bar.
The Unbeatable Ambiance and Service: The atmosphere is a critical draw. Operating primarily as an outdoor beer garden, it provides a 'beautiful and inviting' setting. It’s an 'oasis' for residents of central Queens, offering a large, relaxed, and 'chill outdoor vibe.' Even without constant loud music, the environment is perfect for unwinding. Crucially, the service consistently receives five-star praise. The staff, known for their 'professionalism and warmth,' ensures that the experience is seamless, regardless of the group size. This 'attention and service to detail and consistency truly stands out' and is arguably the single most compelling reason to make Queens Beer Garden a regular part of your Queens social circuit. The combination of great drinks, great food, and consistently excellent service solidifies Queens Beer Garden as a standout local gem.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Great spot for drinks and bites!Frozen margaritas are amazing, cocktails are strong and tasty. The tacos and wings were delicious, and the rest of the menu was solid too. Chill outdoor vibe with friendly, courteous service that made us feel welcome.Only thing missing? A bit of music to match the beachy vibe—but still a great place to relax and enjoy. Definitely coming back!
June 28 · M Ortiz (Epicurean Explorer Rater)The Queens beer garden never disappoints! The service is always excellent, no matter the size of our group—even when we’ve come in with a large party, the staff handles everything with such professionalism and warmth., special thank you to Maya for the attention and service to detail and consistency truly stands out. On top of that, the ambiance is beautiful and inviting, making every visit a memorable experience. Highly recommend!
September 05 · Mariel CruzLast year it was such a better place, nothing to complain about the staff but the menu they had before was much better than the one the have now, my husband loves the Italian Lager draft beer and today that's not available
August 29 · Jackeline OlivoGood laid back atmosphere. But the service killed it for me. For a Saturday night that's not busy they really didn't give any attention. Got the food without utensils or napkins to use. Forgot to add Pico de gallo that she asked if we wanted in the first place.
July 05 · Ronald GalvezThis is a cool little beer garden in the center of an outdoor mall. I wish they had more variety of local beer but they do have a few local beers on draft. The lady working behind the bar didn't seem to know their beer options overly well but she was friendly at least (and maybe she was new). For being fully outdoors they could use some fans, etc. but it was 90+ degrees so I'm sure when it isn't nearly as hot it isn't an issue. Regardless it was still enjoyable and the food was delicious!
