★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Had some at the same chain back when I was living in the Midwest and thought the bread, chicken fingers, and fries gonna be the same here in NY. I was so wrong. The fries had ZERO flavor (i.e. no salt at all not sure if the employees were concerned about my blood pressure); the chicken tender was also very bland, and the bread was cold with no crispness. The worst part was that 4 groups of people ordered after me got their food first and they only gave me mine after I coming to the front and demanding for it. The environment in the restaurant was okay though but that’s about it. Not gonna to come again lol.
August 23 · Zhuxin Yin8/27/25 2-3PM, I ordered a package on the E-buy machine in the store, and when I was eating, I found an additional machine accessory. In the review, you asked me to contact you. I thought you could solve the problem, so I cancelled the review. However, you said you couldn't find my feedback. The staff who answered the phone in the store said they didn't know what I was talking about, so take a good look at what it was!
August 31 · Garcia StevenI tried it for the first time, and even though it's self-service, it was super fast. Honestly, I think Raising Cane’s tastes way better than KFC .especially the sauces! I was blown away, they literally melt in your mouth.
April 08 · Selin OzgulerI've never been to a Raising Cane's and I probably never will after this visit. The Chicken fingers which is literally in the name of the chain, should be the best thing on the menu. I've never had such a dry piece of tasteless chicken. The sauce is also mid.For 2.50 per finger you'd think it would be at least decent. And if you don't order the combo, they just won't give you the sauce. The only saving grace is the chicken sandwich is at least pretty good. They should've named it Raising Cane's Chicken Sandwiches.
February 10 · Erik ZAbsolutely amazing And Tender Chicken. Best of your able to Eat it as soon as you get it. But still Good a little later. And It's affordable and Enjoyable. I want to try the entire menu. Great staff and service was great.
