The kind of place that knows its worth and shows it in the details.The space felt like a Milanese escape tucked into the heart of downtown—brass lighting, smooth marble surfaces, and soft tan leather seating. The room breathed with quiet luxury, while the warm murmur of conversation added a sense of life without ever overwhelming. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by Chloe, our host, whose charm and presence set the tone for what would be a remarkable brunch. And Milos, our waiter, delivered the kind of service that’s intuitive, attentive, and genuinely kind—an effortless hospitality that made everything feel seamless.We started with the tonnarelli cacio e pepe with shrimp—perfectly al dente pasta cloaked in peppered cream, with the shrimp offering just the right touch of richness. The penne arrabbiata brought heat and depth, bold without being brash, and deeply satisfying. Then came the San Ambroues burger, unexpectedly indulgent—juicy, balanced, and luxurious, served with precision and flair. August 03 · Krishna pinoWe sat in one of the “wooden sheds” on the sidewalk. At the beginning it took some time until we could order, the service seemed a bit slow. However, this improved during our stay. Very friendly and professional staff. The food (every single dish, from starters to main courses) was excellent. The portions however, were quite small for the price (even from a European perspective). Our conclusion: At Cipriani the service is faster, the food selection is better, the prices are a little “cheaper” and everything is as tasty (or better) than here
