★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐The food here is amazing! The flavors are bold, the portions are generous, and everything tastes fresh. I especially loved the spicy beef noodle soup—perfect balance of heat and richness. Quick service and great value for the price. Definitely coming back!
August 15 · Free DelahoyPartner said it is pretty authentic Chinese. Quick service and flavorful dishes. I had Hunan Beef and he had Tofu/Minced Pork. Great place for a quick jog into flavorful.
August 02 · Wil SnodgrassYummy. It's so satisfying. Decent amount of meat. I could use more noodles actually. Will come again for lunch!
September 02 · Jessica CThe food here is so good! I love how everything is customizable to your liking. However, the service could use some improvement. When we walked in, we weren’t greeted or acknowledged until we spoke up and that’s something that should definitely be addressed.
May 27 · Jessica OHad a terrible experience. I accidentally ordered to the wrong Silky Kitchen (this one), but immediately caught it and called them to let them know of the mistake. I stopped them in time from making/wasting the food. When I asked what the options were for this cancellation, they told me cancellation would not be possible because I ordered from their website (?). They would instead write my name down and I should come up to the midtown location at another time to get my order. I told them I didn't want to travel to midtown to get an order, but I would be happy to take the order from my local Silky where I was trying to order from anyway. They said no, and they they would need to call the owner (??). I explained that I am a loyal customer who must have ordered at the Brooklyn location close to 50 times. They call me back (which I guess is a small miracle in its self, credit to the manager for that), but still no.Won't offer a refund. Won't allow me transfer the order. Why would you punish a customer who is using your preferred method of online order? What a misguided hot mess this management is. Too bad because I really like their food. Big let down from a business I have continuously supported.
