I hope there a negative star I can rate, the barista is rude and mean, I order a customize drink, and it‘s not filled, I show the barista said at other Starbuck all the barista give me a full cup, then the barista said, “they made that is because they are nice to you”. Is she saying she's the only professional? I've ordered from over a dozen baristas and none of them are as professional as her？ after that I ask for iced to filled the cup, then this “professional lady” added the ice cubes to my whip cream.😅 In the end I reported the incident and I got my drink money back.

Visiting NYC and staying at a hotel nearby this location. Decided to run into this Starbucks for morning coffee. I believe the young lady name was, Vicky. Let me just say, one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Starbucks. Vicky didn’t speak AT ALL(we spoke with high energy), wasn’t welcoming, body language was so unapproachable and just didn’t seem interested in helping us. I mean, didn’t even crack a smile……. We tried a different approach and were just met with the same energy. We decided to spend money at another coffee shop.

This Starbucks location is amazing! I highly recommend it. I've always had great experiences here every time I come here to get my coffee or tea.The two baristas that I finally had the pleasure to finally meet tonight named Jose, and Alejandra are honestly why my experience here is so amazing when I come here. They are always smiling, friendly, and quite quick at making orders.As a staff member in this same shopping mall plaza, I just wanted to give my roses and appreciation to these members here at this Starbucks location.Thank you! - Randy
