Lady working there was so kind. Her gloves touched my veggie sub after touching a meat sub and I’m a vegetarian by religious practice, and she just immediately said “ok I’ll change the whole thing over, fresh gloves, bee bread even, and they wiped off the surface too. Other workers might’ve been less compassionate but she and her coworker made me glow woth appreciation. Thanks a lot! 🙏

I came to this Subway on Saturday around 7:55 PM with a friend. The store hours clearly said they close at 9, but when we arrived, they were already only doing takeout. That was totally fine — I understand they need time to clean up before closing.What really disappointed me was the service. After ordering my sandwich, I asked for their pizza as well, but the employees refused. They discussed it among themselves in Bengali (assuming I wouldn’t understand) and decided not to make it, saying it “takes time.”Given their 3.2 rating, I’m clearly not surprised. 👎

absolutely terrible experience this man threw away my previous food because he made it wrong even though it explicitly SAID on the order to not put a certain sauce and they cut it into the wrong parts. he kept following me around the store and being creepy and half assed my new sandwich. terrible customer service and this man should not be able to work

Employees were very rude. I made an order and they ask me if to stay or to go I said to stay and she said No ma'am we closing so to go with a rude tone. (My bf ask for his with no onion) and mine regular. Mean while we were waiting we decide to take a seat and the other employee raised his voice at us "why you sitting we closing" the other employee had to tell him we were there waiting for our order. After I payed I ask the lady which one was with no onion and she indicated the one that had onion and said did not had... untill the last minute were very rude
