I walked into this Starbucks for a room temperature bottle of water but they didn’t have any. I asked for a cup of water instead but was advised that I needed to make a purchase to get a cup of water. I explained that I would like to buy water but that they didn’t have any to purchase. Not one person would give me a cup of water without a purchase. Keep in mind I purchase coffee from Starbucks every day. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Trash location with trash employees. Ordered a drink with no ice. Noticed it wasn’t filled all the way. Politely asked for them to fill to the top and was told “that’s the standard.” This store is grossly understaffed too with high wait times. I would not be surprised if this location goes under. Do not recommend and will not be coming to this store again.

genuinely the slowest Starbucks ever. 4 people take their time and for the life of them cannot multi task. God forbid someone needs to catch a train. Give yourself more than 15 minutes, even if it’s empty. 1 person does the food, coffees, and teas, and register. And if food is in the oven, they stand there giggling and can’t take an order or pour a coffee… make it make sense

I ordered a a lavender frappuccino. After 2 sips I ended up giving it to a homeless person as it had an after taste like artificial sweetener. Actually that was the only taste this drink had. Not even a hint of lavender, only the lavender color of the drink. What a waste of my $7!The good service at this place is lacking and made me as a costumer feel like a person of inconvenience.

This 5star review is for the staff. Not Starbucks (definitely could do better all around with the high traffic location and high in ROI & KPI/conversion rate. )Hundreds to thousands of people pass by here and order everyday. I cannot imagine how understaffed and overworked then overcrowded it is everyday. It is easy to give a negative review. But the sweat behind the staff is definitely incredible. The resilience in a high pressure location. Always agile and quick to respond is not easy. Great customer overall from the number of times I’ve been. Staff is trying their best and working around every individual. It’s definitely a crazy busy location that can seem to a non-regular person or a non-New Yorker a dysfunctional store location in comparison to an average store.
