β 5β 4β 3β 2β 1Super super friendly staff member, called me out for my birthday π! It was so cute!Only bummer was a trash can overflowing--near seating.
June 08 Β· Li SSTAY AWAY! Customer service is abysmal. The cashier's are rude and the drinks are poorly made with mistakes a common theme. One male employee with long hair/dreads wrapped up, unfortunately I couldn't catch his name, was so rude it made a few other people around us uncomfortable and leave. This is quite possibly the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I never write reviews but this was just too horrible to let slide. Will never step foot in this store again and I recommend you do the same and go to any of the other coffee shops around.
August 01 Β· Jonathon GrayEddy was super friendly at register this morning! Greeting with enthusiasm! It was the best service I have had encountered on my New York trip.
September 02 Β· Vicky Chiang (Kimberly Soo)The staff are often on their phones, too busy to assist you, making you feel like an intruder. This has happened several times in a row. I patiently waited to be served while the staff was preoccupied with their phones and chatting with each other, despite there being three baristas on duty in the morning. Overall, this has been the worst customer service experience I've had at any Starbucks I've visited in various countries.
January 11 Β· Paula GrackaOur favorite Starbucks in this area. We always get our orders fast and the staff is very friendly and polite!
