Is this the worst subway in America? It’s certainly the worst I’ve ever been to.For some reason they loaded my sandwich with lettuce even though I didn’t include it in the order.Get there to pick up my food and the drinks are warm and flat. There was no ice in the machine and when I tried to get Dr. Pepper, orange soda came out?Tried to voice my concerns to the one employee there but she doesn’t speak English so that obviously went nowhere.It’s been consistently pretty bad for a while but still would go in a pinch because I live close.Do you know how inept you have to be to run a SUBWAY into the ground? Generational incompetence.Wouldn’t eat here again if they paid me. Starving is a less annoying experience.

Only went to use my gift cards and the service was terrible. With one set of individuals the employee was able to speak in a different language and they engaged with one another, while the employee was disengaged when preparing my sandwich.The sandwich was of very poor quality, the taste lacked and was improperly made as I asked for spinach not lettuce which the employee continued on with the sandwich. The meat tasted horrid, just the entire service from the employee paired with the sandwich was horrible.Had half a mind to turn back and get a refund. Do not go here very unwelcoming.

Never going there again... twice now I have gotten the runs from eating lunch there. Clearly they're not washing their hands or something is wrong with how they're preparing their food. I feel so disgusted. First time I thought it was a fluke or maybe it wasn't lunch...went just yesterday and same thing. Don't go here!!!
