Unfortunately, the sandwich I received was poorly made (I’m attaching a photo as evidence). Additionally, even though I arrived during business hours, the staff member on duty didn’t allow me to dine in..”“since it was closing in 30 minutes””I also want to mention that he attempted to charge me an extra $1 for a Celsius drink, even though it was already paid for in my online order.I’ve always appreciated the quality and service of Subway, but sadly, this was my first bad experience, and I left feeling disappointed.

iave me attitude asking me what else you need in your salad😠 so then she woke up my cranky side and i told her " don't roll your eyes on me and don't give me attitude just because i told you to change your gloves you should know about hygine and she says im not rude ma'am bbutnon top of that she was talking on the phone while working and speaking in her language ! She was mad that im telling her to do something that she should knew already ! This place shoud be watching on their workers to give good customer service and not speaking on the cellphone and serving food at the same time ! Terrible service

Placed an order in the app for pickup, came to the store to find out that the order hasn’t been made cause they didn’t have roast beef. The staff didn’t cancel the order for me, he asked me to contact the customer service for refund. Can’t imagine how poor the service is. They could’ve informed us or cancelled the order before I showed up

The bread makes or breaks the sandwiches. It’s at least a day old and dry. What happened to fresh baked bread. Prices are too high these days to justify crappy product.Update 2/10/2025 The bread was like two day old bread, dry and flakey. Ruins the sandwhich. Girl at the counter confirmed they no longer bake fresh bread on site and that its made at least the day before off site. And the fresh sliced meats promoted last year def doesn't happen at this store. I work in the area and used to come weekly, if not more. Just not enjoyable anymore. They should just shut it down. I'm not coming back.

This Indian owner was so rude they don't honor coupon in or online but to try to shame me for trying to get a deal. These are the kind of people that end up losing their store for being a dick to people. I asked them did they honor it days before in queens and they said it shouldn't be an issue. Get it together!
