This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had! The staff was extremely rude and even yelled at me — completely unprofessional. The food was stale, and the portions were tiny. I paid to be treated poorly — never coming back.

I placed an order online in advance, but when I arrived at the store at the scheduled pickup time, they hadn’t even started making it. They only served customers who ordered in person. The food was also prepared very carelessly.

This guy name Habib ur very un welcoming person especially in front of other customers yelling at me that I am only allowed to have 4 refills on my refillable cups if that’s the case please put sign on your soda machine that only 4 refills are allowed…. He lied to me when I asked him if I can purchase the online bogo via gift card he said no you can’t get the bogo deal with gift card purchase online than when I did order it via gift card he wasn’t making my sandwich until I walked in after 15 mins later and today he told me I can’t refill my cup while the other customers was waiting for her sandwich he leaves her to tell meI can’t get refills this is disgusting and very nasty racist way to run this restaurant as someone whom have restaurants My self I will never allow some one like him to represent me and please the reason for my post on pictures I wanted to know where dose it says that 4 refills are allow …. It’s very unwelcoming places for my autistic kids as well …and he didn’t say 1 word when a customer stole a cup to refill his drink he didn’t even bother telling him stop
