The store hours say it closes at 10pm & I came in at 9:45pm and the man making the sandwich tried to lie & say that the toaster wasn’t working. Then he kept saying that they close at 9:30pm because he wanted to leave. Please hire staff that is aware of the hours they signed up for when they took the role. Completely ridiculous to berate a customer regarding the time just because you want to go home. I also work in customer service & if a customer comes in before we close, we still serve them.

Lady was very rude. I went to ask about the new nachos footlong and she said “nope, we don’t have” with an attitude. There’s hardly anyone there and I see why. The better business borough should be hearing about this!

BJ's staff keep blocking Handicap parking space at their willingness. I have complained numerous times to no avail.

Personally had a good experience. Nice lady, good food, everything was pretty solid on my end. I don't frequent much, but so far I can't say anything bad about it. I wish them well!

It’s the first time I come to this location and I will never come back. I wanted to redeem my birthday cookie and the employee said that doesn’t exist and I was telling him I do it every year, his answer was he has been working for one day, I understood he was new so I explained him how was the deal and I showed him my coupon on the app and he said no, he was mean and rude so I think he is pretty bad, he should be nice even if he doesn’t know about the deal and even more considering it was his second day.
