Placed an order for pickup on their app around 8:30pm. Got to the store and it was closed, yet my card was charged even though no food was received… tried to find a customer service phone number - none. Tried to find a customer service email - none. Submitted a request via their contact form on their website - no response. Tried to call the store directly multiple times - call will not go through (says the line has been disconnected). Absolute trash company with nonexistent customer service. Filing as fraud with my bank. Shame on you, Subway. Will not be returning to any of your stores.

Very bad behavior ( very rude) from the attender in the counter. I will not come back again. They understand, we are tourist, then he suddenly told that, they need pay for free extra drink

My experience at this Subway store was undoubtedly the worst I've encountered, not only within the city but potentially across the entire country. I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment. The management's behavior is nothing short of stingy and disappointing.In an incident that left me incredulous, my online order was abruptly canceled solely because I utilized a coupon. It's bewildering that a store would advertise coupons on their app yet penalize customers for their use. If a store does not intend to honor coupons, they shouldn't feature them in their app. Conversely, if a coupon is accessible both on the app and in-store, it should unquestionably be accepted. Regrettably, there was no acknowledgment or apology for this mishap.The lack of accountability and customer service exhibited by this store is deeply disheartening. I wholeheartedly discourage anyone from visiting this location. It's an unfortunate experience that illustrates their disregard for customer satisfaction and basic principles of good business practice.

Terrible location. Food service is bad. Veggies were old and soggy. Hours and phone number on the door are incorrect. The small Hispanic guy was extremely rude and condescending who was apparently the supervisor. They all refuse to give their names when asked since they aren’t wearing name tags. Floors smelled like mold. Don’t come here whatsoever, it’s crazy they are still in business

Surprisingly bad. Coming from Europe, I was used to eating fresh in Subway, so that's what I expected in NY too. My veggies didn't have even 10% of the taste and the only way I was able to distinguish a cucumber from tomatoes was by color... The bread was far from what you can see on Subway ads too - way too soft and closer to other fast food buns. Went there for my lunch break and left looking for something else...
