I was at this location today & placed an order through the subway mobile application. I was getting FLBOGO promo buy one get one half off. The lady who is working there stated to me she is not going to honor it. She canceled my order within a minute because she told me twice I'm going to cancel it. Then She said this is not a participating store. I told her I used the subway mobile app & it worked, if it wasn't a participating store this shouldn't work on the official subway mobile app. I paid for "3 Veggie Delite" footlong worth $35.90 yet she still put very less vegetables in my sandwiches. Moreover, I asked her I have $2 reward on my app how can I use it? She said I don't know how to use the application just get me the bar code. Mind you I was never rude to her & I paid full price for the sandwiches like a regular customer yet she had this attitude. I'm definitely not going back to that store if she is working & want to aware anyone that will be there not to order through her because she won't put the toppings properly. I'm definitely escalating the matter to Subway franchise after this because this lady has no "sympathy, empathy, & compassion" towards the customers.

This Subway was a RIP-OFF. This is my FIRST AND LAST time ordering from this Subway.Looking at this salad right now and I still can’t believe I paid 24 dollars for it. I’ve been order this salad for years in other subway locations, the price was never over $15 and the portion was twice as more!!!This $24 salad can’t even get a kid full 🤬😡

I ate a brisket bbq special sandwich here on a Friday afternoon while my wife was giving birth at a nearby hospital. The sandwich was fine. Nothing crazy. Greasy. Tasty. Eleven dollars for six inch sub, chips and soda. Staff wasn’t friendly but want unfriendly. Took about 15 minutes to get my meal with one dude in front of me.

I have been a subway customer for past 15 years and never have I ever had a bad experience. However, this afternoon when i visited this location it was my worst experience ever. I waited about 5-10 minutes just to order. After that the service was extremely slow. The person who was making my sandwich was not following any health & safety code. Her hair was all over her face. Her hair was hovering over my sandwich. She was barely putting any toppings. she only put 3 pieces of Jalapenos and 4 pieces of Pickles and on top of that when I asked for ranch and sweet onion sauce on the side, the little 2 containers were barely filled (can send the pictures of the containers, if needed). When I asked her to add more she said she can not. Just to add, I bought 3 foot long veggie delight sandwiches and paid almost $30 and this is how they treat their customers. what's the point of buying a veggie delight if there are no vegetables!!! This encounter took 20 minutes of time! what an awful experience!

I get my meatball subs from this Forest Hills location, and it’s always perfect. Not only that, the employees are so pleasant! And, I love that they change gloves after handling money.
