★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I have to say-I have dined in this spot before and was pleased with the tostadas. Today I door dashed al pastor tacos and was surprisingly disappointed. The pork did not have much flavor and although it looked juicy when chewed it felt dry. The red sauce was spicy 9/10 and the green sauce looked good, I saw the pineapple but couldn’t really taste it. I did like the tortillas, but will say I don’t think I would order these tacos again.
July 09 · Deylis LinaresI’ve been a loyal customer of Brenda's for over 5 years, but unfortunately, the food quality has significantly declined. Today I ordered delivery and received the chorizo tostadas—which were so salty they were completely inedible. This isn’t an isolated incident; it’s the third time I’ve had a similar experience. It’s really disappointing, especially because I used to love their food. Sadly, the inconsistency in quality has made it hard to keep coming back.
May 18 · LorenaOrdered tacos for delivery with a drink and this was on my straw inside the bag with the food I couldn’t even eat my $26 order which I don’t even know how it summed out to be $26 if when I ordered online my grand total was $23.08 for tacos al pastor and a small horchata….so $26 dollars to the garbage because of this unpleasant bug casing on my straw.
September 07 · Y MParking is a hassle with limited spots and metered spaces mean you’ll need to use the ParkMobile app or hunt for change. It’s a small location but it’s okay for a local spot, quick drop in. On my first visit, I really enjoyed the tacos and tostadas. They were flexible with protein swaps for a small up-charge, which felt fair at the time. Unfortunately, my second visit didn’t live up to the first. I ordered the same dish but was surprised to be charged $5.25 extra just to change one ingredient—more than double the $2 fee I paid previously. I wasn’t informed that a $14.50 dish would total $19.75, but I’ll own that mistake for not checking before scanning my card. To make matters worse, the food itself was underwhelming this time around. It tasted like it came from a different kitchen entirely. I love authentic cuisine, but consistency matters and sadly, this spot missed the mark. The search for a reliable New Mexican restaurant continues.
August 19 · B SerranoThe place is small. The place wasn't much a welcoming atmosphere. The worker doesn't give you a receipt when you cash out and Also, they also over Tax on food. My niece enjoys the taco birria. Not wheelchair accessible Which is not good for Business.. No parking only STREET PARKING, and yes, you have to pay the meter. No, not kids friendly.
