Location and Accessibility
True Burger Co.'s location is strategically placed to serve the high volume of international and domestic passengers moving through JFK Airport.

The location within the terminal makes it an easy, accessible stop for a Quick bite before a flight or during a layover. The establishment’s most compelling feature is its reliability as a source of Late-night food, a surprisingly rare commodity in some parts of JFK, making it a lifesaver for travelers with extended delays.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1What kinda Burger joint runs out if burgers at 10:30 pm at an airport? They only had 2 options: Chicken sandwich or Chickrn tenders. $43 for these items and got 4 chicken fingers. The food was dry, tasteless & unbearable to digest. What a loser joint !Dont spend Your money here. Was better off remaining hungry. 0 stars
September 24 · Benson ReubenThe burger was a major letdown. The bread was overly thick, which only made the mediocre toppings stand out more. The fries were even worse—somehow bland and unappealing, which is impressive considering how hard it is to ruin fries. On top of that, the order wasn’t prepared correctly. I specifically asked for no arugula, yet it still came with it. The burger was supposed to have a bacon onion jam, but instead I just got plain caramelized onions. To make matters worse, the cheese wasn’t even melted.Overall, it was a shockingly poor experience from start to finish.
August 23 · Mike KelleyTruly awful service.Meal came without fries even though it clearly notes served with fries.Server was rude and clearly noted that I needed to order fries as a $2 extra. This was to upgrade to cheese fries.Expensive ands really poor staff.
September 02 · Stephen OrrThe burgers are really okay! They are legit burgers with juicy meat that will fill your stomach before flight. For the love of God, don't take fries though: they taste like worst quality freezer product!I think it's best place to eat from everything in this terminal, what else do you have? Farmer Daughter's big fridge? Overpriced pizza? Or Dunkin Donutssss? It's fine. Eat here I guess.
September 25 · Tymoteusz DziejmaI grab some fries on Saturday evening, but they’re still slow service for $7.29. It’s a bit pricey, but I guess that’s what you get for airport food. And not seat available to eat your meal as usual airport court food
