I understand that working in food service can be challenging, and we all have days when the pace is exhausting. However, whoever was on shift during my recent Uber Eats order seemed to be having a particularly difficult time or simply didn’t care about the customer experience. My order arrived missing items, and my spicy nuggets had so little sauce that they fell far below Wendy’s own standards.As someone who also works in food service, I know that excellence is not optional. Regardless of how tough a day may be, serving food below company standard is never acceptable. Customers deserve to receive the quality and care the brand promises, whether dining in, ordering at the counter, or receiving delivery.

One of the best Wendy’s I have ever visited im originally from Florida im visiting my son and when I tell you the quickest and cleanest fast food restaurant I have ever been to customer service is excellent great job hiring your staff i appreciate it if your looking for a clean fast food environment this is the place . Another review while this Wendy’s looks clean i ordered again after picking up my grandkids from school and treated them to chicken nuggets 40 pieces and fries with biggie bag for my son upon eating his fries he found hair on the fries I called the restaurant and spoke to a manager she did apologize and stated she will give me another order of fries I was going to drive back however it’s not close by and we were already home I was so disappointed my son and grandkids didn’t want to eat any of their food because of the hair on the fries even though they’re wasn’t any on the nuggets they felt disgusted I threw the entire order in the garage a waste of my money $33.44 down the drain I would not recommend this Wendy’s

Pickup window rushed us out, saying “ok bye” almost forgetting our drinks and completely forgot our order of fries. After calling the store multiple times and being sent to voicemail, I was told to drive back around as the floor was closed. Had to wait in line again to receive cold fries from the same cold worker. At least train your employees on how to handle a situation.

Not a big fan of fast food places, came here on Jan 1 mostly because everything else was closed. Wendy's has a decent food selection within the fast food universe, specifically abundance of drinks, which you can order yourself on a touch screen. I wish they would have an option for ordering all the food that way, as nearby McDonald's lets you do it or any Panera bread locations nowadays. To set record straight I am in favor of human interactions but not in the case like today when an unhappy employee loudly complained to a coworker how it's unfair to work when everybody's off. The facial expression totally matched her frustration. Although thinking she was right in a way I feel uneasy to be served by an employee in such a mood... Hope it will improve as the year progresses... Otherwise food was ok and the lines at the drive through were as busy as usual
