★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I've been visiting store number 283 for the past 10 years. It seems that they no longer care about whether or not your food order is correct or they're selling you something you didn't order. I order midnight roast coffee every morning. And now it seems they have a policy of not Brewing midnight roast unless it is later in the morning or far sooner than they closed. They've been handed me regular coffee now for weeks and it happens at more than one of their locations. It's because of this dishonesty and lack of enthusiasm that I feel I will no longer visit any of these Duncan locations we even consider giving a tip. I will no longer tip these people either. What is the point of giving them a tip if they're not going to do their job correctly or even a little bit above and beyond for $17.50 an hour.
