★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I just had the most horrible experience in this restaurant. I paid over $100 to dine with my self and three children. As we are eating the waitress is clearing our plates but she is talking to someone else and waiving her hands all over our food. So I tell her what she is doing in case she is unaware. She THEN proceeds to wave me off and wave her hands over my food AGAIN! This time I pushed her hand away and asked what her problem really was. I then stand up to tell management and we exchange more words in my passing and she then walks by me, physically brushing by me, so I pull her hair and the manager then gets in between us, scolded her, and told her she had to leave for the day. He also offered a free meal next time I come, but honestly I was just ready to go at that point. Other guests cheered because apparently she has been putting her hands all over other peoples food as well. Well, I went to shop it in plaza and I saw that she was actually still working when passing by again. The manager lied and I wasted my money because I had to leave early because of the situation! I will NEVER go back to this establishment and if you like to spend your money at places that value and respect you I wouldn’t eat there if I were you either. Shame on this restaurant and next I will be reporting to the better business bureau next.
September 20 · Alycea ShirleyI took my son for his 19th birthday instead of sitting with a make the food. We opted to sit in the back where just a waiter came take a order. I've came here several times before and the food was really good but this time it was okay we didn't get. They gave us a little bit of food and the food was kind of warm. It wasn't wasn't cold but it wasn't hot. One good thing is that they gave my son cake and ice cream for his birthday for free. His food was good. He had orange chicken and fried rice. At least he enjoyed his food.
August 10 · J MBad. I don't usually leave negative reviews without explaining why fully, but there's not much I can say but bad. Good location, and there are admittedly some things that were decent (the seafood bake and the salmon are okay, dumplings were pretty good but only when eaten hot), but some of the food I had was ice cold. The lighting isn't great even sitting near a window, there was an odd smell in our area, and the service itself seemed apathetic at best. I think for the same price we paid (80 dollars for my family), there are better options for a buffet. No thank you.
July 31 · i am sadI was so disappointed for this Friday lunch. The food didn't tasted fresh, sweet sour chicken like been there for over two hours. Sushi didn't had any refills. Crawfish tasted like they been the sauce overnight.Waiter is nice to clean my table. I guess they changed the chefs.I will not come back.
August 29 · Sharron CDecided to come here for Easter brunch to try it out. The food was very fresh and not overcooked. The big sellers for my family were the king crab legs, lobster, and stuffed clams. The dessert section was limited but had plenty of fruit. Our server was attentive and kept our table clear and cups filled without having to ask. Overall, great service. The family gave it 4 stars but I thought this place was a great find. Will be coming back again.
