Bagel Town Reviews
I was waiting on line to place my order, and kept asking the guy at the register if they had whole wheat toast but i was completely ignored and which looked like a kitchen staff/helper noticed me and walked up to me and asked me what I wanted. I started to place my order, repeating it three times but he had a hard time comprehending what I was asking for, at this point I told him never mind, I'll just wait for the other guy, but he insisted to help me, so I decided to give him a chance. He heard half of my order and walked away starting to cut open a bagle, which I didn't want, and I was trying to correct him he was talking over me saying yes ,yes whole wheat, I kept on saying whole wheat toast but there seemed to be a language barrier and then started to get frustrated at me for correcting his mistakes. At this point simply told him never mind and walked out and found a way better spot not even 2 minutes away! I'll just say they were the HERO of my day, not to mention another bagle stores name! With my first experience at this restaurant, I surly would not return again.
July 17 · Donald SI was yelled at by the older guy behind the counter after I told him that I did not order what he had decided to prepare for me. It was embarrassing to be yelled at in public so I walked out.
July 23 · che penOne of the younger guys working there was very rude to one of his older workers. Very unfortunate, I will not be supporting a business like this. This is not how you treat people, especially someone older than you. Shame on you.
June 16 · Victoriya VoronovaHigh prices; terrible, rude service; sterile environment; won't come back even though it's the only kosher bagel shop around
April 21 · KIPPER WALKERExcellent bagels and muffins. Fresh and delicious.
