We often stop by this Baked By Melissa store in GSP. It is a small counter of take out only store. They have online pickup options as well. Different kinds of cake packs and sizes are displayed in front of the counter. The store usually has good inventory and variety of packs.In recent months, they introduced individual small cakes instead of whole packs. They have 6-8 flavors on display. My daughter usually pick 4-5 flavors a for 6 pack. We love the tiny cakes. They are always fluffy and delicious. They stay good in the fridge up to a week after opening a pack.Staff are always friendly and courteous. They also have membership benefits that includes special offers, birthday perks and few more good benefits.

Went there today in the afternoon ( 07/23 ) and I didn’t realized since I was distracted with my baby but brother noticed how the two black girls working there had a nasty attitude like they didn’t want to work. Like they didn’t even want to take my order. I should’ve realized before otherwise I wouldn’t even bother buying or even tip them. Get another job if you’re not happy there.

I have a pickup order at 10am but they are not opening yet without any notice. It’s 10:34 now and I don’t know if they are coming.Had to leave at 11:05, no notice no way to contact. 6yo birthday party destroyed.Just hope the refund process goes smoothly.
