---While New York City has no shortage of places to satisfy a sweet tooth, Benji's Buns is truly worth choosing for a few key reasons. First and foremost is the product itself. The cinnamon buns are a masterclass in texture and flavor. They manage to be incredibly decadent and gooey without being overwhelmingly sweet, a common complaint with many dessert options. The rotating flavors provide a sense of excitement and discovery, making each visit a unique experience. Customers have a chance to try something new, like a Lotus Biscoff or Lemon Blueberry bun, which adds a level of intrigue that a static menu can't provide.
Furthermore, the quality of the ingredients is evident. The buns are fresh and made with care, and the attention to detail is what separates them from a standard bakery. While some reviews note that the pricing can be on the higher side, the consensus is that the quality, unique flavors, and friendly service make the price point worthwhile. Benji's Buns is more than just a place to buy a treat; it's a neighborhood gem that brings a little bit of happiness to Christopher Street, one perfectly baked cinnamon bun at a time.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Owner was really cool and staff was super friendly. The texture off rip I thought was going to suck based off the touch but once I bit into it, it definitely changed. The center was nice and gooey with a lot of cinnamon around the center but I wish it was consistently throughout with cinnamon. My favorite was the lotus biscoff and the lemon blueberry. I liked these because they weren’t super sweet and had the right amount of toppings. I would definitely go back and would recommend. Flavors change every 2 weeks so get it while it’s there if you find something you really like
September 07 · Amanda MA new addition to the neighborhood that sells a quick grab of sweets. The service was good, friendly and attentive. I tried 3 flavors of the rolls and happy to report that they are solid. However, it is a bit steep on the pricing.
August 26 · Kaden LeeWas very excited to try because I love cinnamon rolls! I got the vanilla frosted and give it a 4/5. The frosting was so creamy and light and the bun was very easy to cut and felt cloud like. The reason I don’t give it a 5/5 is because the cinnamon sugar on the inside of the roll is barely noticeable and can hardly taste it. Additionally it was only distributed to the inner circles and not all over
August 31 · Naomi SedaniHad the banoffee flavor which I liked a lot. I appreciate that they offer to warm it up for you in the store. Would come back to try more flavors.
August 22 · Rovik RobertWarm, gooey, and soft and so obviously made with care…what more can you ask for? Tried the original, lemon poppy, and banaofee (split them with a friend lol). And they were all delicious. My favorite was the original glazed. Will definitely come back!
