★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1My burrito looks a bit undersized to say the least. Location is nice and service is fast, but I would recommend a different location with decent serving size.Update: Followed up with Chipotle as instructed in their reply. Received the generic response that the feedback would be shared with manager. Honestly do not believe they care and if I ever do go to a Chipotle in the future, just going to walk out if the burrito looks that dinky again.
July 06 · W LamPicked up my order on the way to work and opened it to this. They threw everything in here to look like dogfood. Also. The bowl is empty. That empty space is about the size of my fist. How do you make a bowl so empty that it’s not even above the line. It looked like garbage and tasted like garbage. Save your money and go somewhere else.
February 27 · G Kotsis5/15/25 1:45 PM - I visited this Chipotle because it’s close to my college, but this was hands down the worst experience I’ve had at any Chipotle location. I ordered a bowl and one taco, but the bowl portion was ridiculously small—like they were rationing food. To top it off, I was charged for a bowl and three tacos, totaling $24!When I brought up the issue, the cashier told me to tap my card again to generate a refund of $8. It’s been days, and I still haven’t received that refund. To make matters worse, the system wasn’t working properly, and I never received a receipt—so I have no proof of what I was actually charged for, but I do have a history of payment in my Apple Pay.The staff couldn’t be bothered. Their attitude was as if they were forced to work unpaid, and to make things worse, they barely spoke or understood English. Communication was a nightmare. As if that wasn’t enough, there was no working AC and zero ventilation inside. It was hot, stuffy, and uncomfortable—definitely not a place you’d want to eat in.Avoid this location at all costs. And to whoever manages or owns this franchise: please consider hiring staff who are properly trained, can communicate clearly with customers, and actually care about basic customer service. Not everyone in the U.S. speaks Spanish. Also, fix the air conditioning and teach your employees how to treat paying customers with a minimum level of respect.
May 17 · DI came to get lunch at 12:30 PM and ordered a steak bowl to go. However, when it was time to serve the steak, they had run out, and I was only given half a portion. I politely brought it up to the lady at the counter, and her response was simply, “Please proceed to pay.” I used to get lunch here regularly, but I won’t be coming back.
August 01 · Crud0 RAWNYCPositive: Located next to Baruch Campus. Very close and has good atmosphere. Young and very nice staff.Negative: I always order Chicken Burrito Bowl to go. They always give out way too small portion of meal like they feeding a 5year kid. Chicken is barely there and rice is way too much. I mean I don’t mind paying extra but you can’t be cutting down standard quantity just so that customers are forced to pay extra for something standard. I mean $17.31 for something standard is not worth it.
