★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I really wanted to enjoy this Dominican restaurant, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The food might have been decent (I didn't even get to try it), but the service ruined the entire visit. The woman at the counter/server was incredibly rude—no greeting, no patience, and made me feel like I was bothering her just by being there. Also, she didn’t want to serve my food how asked her. I understand places can get busy, but basic courtesy goes a long way. Sadly, I won’t be coming back.
August 02 · Milos SimanicReally disappointed with my visit. I was excited to try this place, but the woman working there had a rude and unwelcoming attitude from the moment I walked in. It completely ruined the experience before I even had a chance to enjoy the food. Customer service matters, and unfortunately, this place didn’t deliver.
August 05 · milan simanicPlaced a pickup order, when I got there it wasn’t ready while placing my order I let the person know that I was in a hurry, I came over 20 minutes later and it wasn’t ready, the lady at the counter was being very dismissive and didn’t even acknowledge that I was in front of her, when she finally did she had a attitude. Sorry if my review is confusing I’m extremely upset writing this
August 10 · carlene breretonAuthentic Dominican style food delicious. Good portion size …you can take out or dine in. Could’ve even wait until i got on the train 😂 they are new to the area and we’llWorth a try. Great price and good portion size
March 21 · Ana LopezI ordered pernil with rice and beans in person, but they still managed to forget the beans. The rice is okay, but the pernil is terrible. It's so dry and inedible. The pernil looks like it's leftovers. I got a feeling the server purposely grabbed leftover dry bits because the pernil was so shredded up and dry rather than large juicy chunks. The server is also quite rude, like they don't want to be there.
