So the Burger King is renovated it's a lot more modern and it looks really nice however the service was painfully slow and the other thing that kind of bothered me a little bit is there's TV advertisements all day long about the five and $7 special and the Hackensack location price is six and eight so a little bit of a bait and switch. If they can get the speed up to normal and maybe accurately describe the prices the rating could go up to a four or five star

Renovated in August 2025 by a new owner and new pictures are added. This is one of the better Burger Kings - properly staffed so you don't have to wait forever, friendly staff and enough seating so you will almost always find an empty spot, even at lunchtime on a weekend.There is adequate parking and a traffic light on Hackensack Ave makes it easy for you to safely get there.There is a drive-thru and, like all fast food places with a drive thru, you will always get the fastest service there.The dining area has been reopened.

Burger King Hackensack is an over 60 year old business that is historically well used frequented by nearby FDU students. Despite a remodeling some years ago, and a pleasing visual atmosphere, the establishment has fallen in terms of food. On a recent visit here, I found my Whoppers to be severely undercooked. If it weren't for the fact that I had a bus to catch, I would have had them reheated. Instead, I ended up having to take what was left after a couple of bites home, and then reheated them myself, to my satisfaction. It was really sad that this place has declined so much.

this burger king is amazing. I love to go here with my friends and oh seven heavens it’s just spectacular. Service is great, very nice people. Food is honestly amazing and I like their fries and shakes better than most high end places. This place is also very well kept. I love this burger king. It has a special place in my heart.
