I work late hours and I love that this Chic-fil-a is always open. It's my favorite place to eat when I'm in Penn Station. The chicken is top quality, fresh , and delicious. If your order takes a bit too long they apologize and offer you a free cookie or brownie although they are usually very fast with your order. It's also just a nice place to sit and relax as you're waiting for your train.

Asked the cashier if I could have my bacon well done on my sandwich, which is exactly how I order it every single time I’ve ordered it and have never had any issues. The cashier waited until AFTER cashing me out to tell me they couldn’t do that because they heat the meat up in batches. I thought we were misunderstanding each other at first but when I realized what he meant I just said “Oh okay, gotcha.” And moved on. He proceeded to go over to the manager and crash out in plain sight while the manager looked directly at me and egged him on, repeatedly shaking his head while the cashier explained my request. Absolutely unprofessional and garbage location.

Great service. People are super kind and accommodating. This morning I came in feeling super stressed and sad and an employee her name is Yasmin comforted me and made me feel so at ease. While I waited for my food she got me water and then when my order came out she brought my food to my table. I just moved to New York and she had to be the sweetest person that I have met so far. Props to management. You have a great team
