Some of the workers here are extremely rude. Specifically this one younger girl who was working today. I come here every day and today for some reason when I am picking up my online order, she decided to scream at me for politely asking me wheres my order because she only put the drink out to collect; apparently I'm an idiot who was waiting '30 minutes' and standing like a flagpole when all I did was walk in 30 seconds ago. Thanks a lot for excellent customer service, I hope you guys scream at every customer that walks thru the door!

I've never been as appalled at an employee's demeanor and behavior as I was today. My name is Denis and I happen to be a homeless man, known to many in the neighborhood as the person that has changed their minds on how they should be treating the homeless. I'm one of the good guys. As a matter of fact, with this particular store, I've helped them on many occasions with getting them their garbage pails back after people have tried to steal them or sanitation left them lying in the middle of the avenue. I thought I had a good relationship with these people.....until today They were advertising $3 Refreshers(no size specified). I go in and order a Lemonade Refresher, pointing at the $3 ad. I'm rung up, by a woman (I think her name tag said Merck);and I hand a $5 bill over, and get $1 back. I tell her she owes me another $1 change . She then tells me (mind you, she never asked what size I wanted) "You never said Medium, medium is $3, I charged you for a small at $4". I promise, on my life, this is 100% what happened. I said "No big deal, I had pointed at the ad, just give me the medium and I'll take the rest of my change". I felt tricked and ripped off but was willing to just let it go. She tells me "I can't do that." I said, "Do what? Give me what I ordered?". Then annoyed, she says," Here I'll give you the medium but i can't give you the money back." Now I'm furious, because she is being rude and trying to rip me off. I said, "You know what, keep the drink, I'll take a full refund." She goes "Fine, no problem "....So a full refund is no problem, but fixing my order so I can get the $3 medium instead of the $4 small, was a huge inconvenience? I told her, ,"If you are a Muslim woman, you should be ashamed, treating not only a customer like this, but a homeless one, that had helped you guys on many occasions, requesting nothing in return." With the most disgusted look on her face, she says s "I'm not...Muslim", while making a hand gesture as if she is shooing me away.....This woman should not be dealing with customers for so many reasons. I will be contacting corporate, the Better Business Bureau and the Coalition of the Homeless. This was an attempt to try and trick a homeless guy out of his money. And when given a chance to rectify respectfully , she was unwilling to not only properly rectify but also, she was unwilling to treat me with any dignity or respect. Id like to speak to the GM, I'll wait before I contact higher ups.

Three stars for the very nice service provided by the young man behind the counter. Otherwise not too good. Front is dirty and covered with scaffolding. Inside is also unclean; they need to use the broom more often. A few tables occupied by people who seem to have been sitting there all day. Two were asleep. And alot of unused, plus cordoned off space. Do not know why. Doughnut racks were exactly one half full. Plus it is accessible ♿️.

There is an Egyptian employee who is rude and impolite, with no manners. She made my coffee full of milk, and when I asked her to fix it, she started yelling, raising her voice, and being disrespectful. She doesn’t know how to make coffee properly and doesn’t know how to speak politely. I hope they fire her as soon as possible because she doesn’t deserve the job.

The new Aarbic lady Mirin is so polite and professional her service is one of a kind from what I’ve been getting here before. For once someone work and do their job, food quality was finally great, my breakfast was nice and hot! So for me hot food, excellent service and a pleasant experience is everything!!!!
