She's rude, constantly on her phone when she's supposed to be working, and purposely not providing food that was clearly on the menu!Last year I went to this store to order my breakfast before church and it was her and a young man. She was in front (and on her phone). I told her my order, and she then called the young man up to the counter and went to the back without ringing it up, so I had to tell the man my order again!A few months ago I ordered an ice coffee which did not have any liquid sugar in it, and she argued with me that she put it in (actually the top of the bottle was unscrewed so no liquid was coming out at all). She didn't apologize, nor did she attempt to even fix the issue.On Sunday 11/24 I went there before church to get the $6 meal. On the app it states the deal expires 11/30, but when I went to order it she stated that they stopped selling it (but it's still on the menu in the store). I went to another Dunkin Donuts today and was able to get the meal in the store!I'm never one for seeing someone lose their job, especially with the job market the way it is, but either transfer this manager, or teach her better when it comes to customer service!
