Food is halfway decent (don’t expect much from Dunkin to begin with) but the service is horrible. I can’t seem to get my order in under 25 minutes. Even when I mobile order 20 minutes in advance I walk in, they’re hiding all the mobile orders behind the counter and then ignore you when you try to get their attention. Don’t go if you’re trying to get to work, there’s a better one across the street

Dirty, wet floors, everyone hangs out in the back of the store. And had to make my coffee twice. Wont revisit this place.

I had had a problem with a mobile order I placed. I politely brought it to their attention and the manager graciously corrected it in a very courteous and kind manner.I love my d&d coffee
