I went to this location and placed an order in person. When I received my drink it was clearly incorrect. It was practically all milk with maybe a splash of espresso. Either the espresso wasnt made properly or not enough was added. It tasted like plain oatmilk. My partners drink was overly sweet which was not what he ordered as well.I approached the counter and I kindly asked if I could get maybe another shot of espresso because its too light/incorrect. They said that thats how it always comes. OK. I told them I order this all the time and its just all milk. The employee then explains to me that a latte is mostly milk and thats how it comes. Which was frustrating as I am aware a latte is mostly milk. But there's supposed to be espresso in there too(which there was not) and I try once again and say there isnt enough coffee in here and she follows up with that she would need to charge me for the extra espresso.She was very unnecessarily combative especially considering the drink tasted nothing like coffee, nevermind a latte. She spoke down to me for seemingly a very simple fix. We didnt even bother asking to correct my partners drink.Dont bother coming here. Not only do they not know how to make a simple drink, they'll treat you like you're stupid when they mess up. They suck.

First of all I walked in the the girl behind the register was too busy to take my order since she was engaged in a conversation with the previous customer. So I asked the other girl standing there looking at me if she was open since she was standing at as register. She shook her head no. Then she's like what do you need? I said a sandwich. She reluctantly took my order but failed to greet me.After waiting forever to get my food which the lady in the back burned! When I got to work to eat it.... Yuck! It tastes like freezer burned nastiness. This is the worst experience I've ever had at Dunkin. Do not Go there!! Run. Save yourself and your money. I'm out almost $7.You live and learn.

Don’t come here they discriminate against people of color I come here all the time. In the morning I’m pretty sure they recognize my face. The ladies in the morning shift are rude and always have attitudes I mobile order my drink so I can just pick it up and go and today my drink wasn’t there so I was waiting, but I was going to order something with cash at the register but then I changed my mind and then continue to wait for my drink. Once my drink was ready. I picked it up and I was on my way to go, but the lady stopped me and tried to accuse me of taking someone else drink. I pay attention to things and they’re always rude to black people

My mother arrived at this location on Sunday 5/25/25 at 11:10am. When she offered the $100 to purchase her coffee. The cashier stated they do not accept $100. She then provided a $20 bill. When receiving her change she noticed she was short of change. When asking for the remaining change the cashier stated she did not give it to them.My mother has no reason to lie. She is a senior citizen and works hard. She didn’t think people at her favorite coffee place would steal her money.She would like to speak with a manager and receive her remaining change.

The lady in the register is rude, she gave me the wrong order, waited for so long for the order, made it wrong was waiting for her to say sorry/smile, but nothing but her face still look mad. Not the first time this thing happened
