I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but this one’s earned it.Ordered two egg sandwiches, a jelly doughnut, and an order of hash browns for pickup. Grabbed my bag, headed home—easy enough. Except…• The eggs? Moldy. Like, full-on science experiment.• The jelly doughnut? Missing.• The hash browns? Four tiny pieces. That’s not an order—that’s a sample.• The entire order? Completely wrong.I go back. No manager on site, so no refund—just an offer for more questionable food. Hard pass. I insist they call a manager. After some back and forth, they finally do, and I eventually get my refund.Moral of the story: check your bag, check your eggs, check your hash brown count (apparently), and maybe just go somewhere else.

The manager of this Dunkin Donuts is amazing. Always so friendly, upbeat, and kind. He keeps the place running so smoothly. He is so proactive and always moving to get orders prepped ahead to move the line quickly, sweep out front, clean the back...whatever may need attention, he is on it! Also, you can tell the kitchen is so clean and organized. It's impressive and his warm and wonderful energy is a joy to be around.

All I wanted was 50 munchkins.Just one other party before me.All I heard was $42. & change, big Iced coffee order, I get it.But all they had to do was ask, I would've been out of there way, no one else behind me. I was in a rush but I still waited 4 minutes.But the cashier didn't know what to do, kept asking partner, very slow, I would definitely NOT recommend.

Walked in today to order donuts & she grabbed the ladder, her pail of water and a rag, started cleaning right over the donuts!!! The other person took a mop to wipe the walls, right over the cooking station. I was so disgusted!!I’ve been here a few times & the other crew was there.( black guy & Chinese lady👍🏽) I guarantee these reviews isn’t for themI was going to give 5 Star review because of the brown skin young man & the Chinese lady they are AWESOME! Y’all need them there they provide great service.What I saw today….. unbelievable.. & it was customers in the store as you can see I was ready to order. I see another review say they started cleaning I guess this is the nasty thing they do… over the food.

I came here July 3rd around 5 pm to pick up an order I placed through the app. The app stated that they had the bucket of 50 munchkins in stock. When I went to pick up the order I was rudely told they didn’t have it. I was offered no apology, refund or exchange and to leave. I would have been happy with donuts or a box of coffee, hash browns instead or store credit too. I went to online customer service and have filed 3 claims to the establishment but have never heard back. I’ve tried to reach out to corporate customer service as well but I get notifications that their maintenance is down. I used to love Dunkin so much but I hate how bad the customer service is. I paid for something and left empty handed.
