I’ve been to several Dunkin’s and this one is by far the worst . Communication to the staff when ordering was difficult and then to top it off I get my food and it was awful . It was clear the hash browns were cooked in old grease . The breakfast sandwich wasn’t great either . Very disappointed because I know none of this is normally the case at other locations .Update : after another lady complained about the hash browns I said something too and we both got fresh batches .That was very nice .

Such a horrible experience DO NOT COME HERE.I bought hash browns through the app but when I got there they said they didn’t have any. I asked if they could cancel the order. THEY WOULDN’T DO IT.They offered me a donut but I didn’t even want a donut to begin with.The man at the counter had such a bad attitude too 🙄Never coming back again. Period.

i went to take my regular order just check when is my sandwich ready , luckily i saw that my sandwich fell to the floor and i nud the lady that i saw that and to replace me she gave me the exact same one , what place serves a meal that fell to the floor same on you dunkin, you can check in the camera 10 Am 10:10AMShameless Worker!!

Absolutely love their coffee but the restaurant need a fave lift or floors professionally cleaned.

Non to share at 10.10pm today I wad hoping to get a cup of ice coffee site said close at 10.30pm but upon arrival 2 guys were closing doors
