The food was alright . However, the Indian lady at the register acted like she was afraid to touch my hand when taking my money and giving me back my change. It was very bizarre.

Restaurant ac seems to not be working. Very warm, no air moving. Ordered 2x loaded hashbrowns with bacon bits and sauce. It was really expensive. $7 for two tiny cups. Berry energy drink was very sugar infused. Yuck, not a good hit, Dunkin. Please take that off your menu.

I've been coming to this location since I began a new position. They are slow in the mornings, VERY STINGY with their pumps for drinks. Paying for 4 pumps and getting an effortless quarter pump of flavor is not good. Also they tend to burn their snacking bacon a lot. There's some things you just know not to order from this location. The workers are nice but you can tell they do not care about how the customer wants their order. Just sad that I witnessed someone being trained to do the same to future customers. I'm done with this location

We had an issue with a promotional offer that wouldn’t work on our apps due to being from the UK, and manager Aklima was so helpful and tried to help us. After the app not being successful , she still gave us a discount anyways and overall treated us so well. Very happy we came to this Dunkin. Amazing service compared to other ones.

This 1 star is for the coffee on Oct 28th 2024, iced decaf tasted stale, like the water was stagnant, I spoke to a member of staff and they kindly gave me a regular iced coffee (both black no sugar) but that was the same, two sips & it went in the trash, it wasn't the coffee flavor element but the taste of stale water, possibly NYC tap water? I assume they use regular tap water for all drinks?I've not had this experience before and I've been drinking Dunkin black iced coffee no sugar all summer from various locations and it's been fine.Seating area was nice but there was a horrible guy loitering in a window seat trying to make eye contact and letching at every female that came in.
